December is undoubtedly one of my favorite times of year at Seabridge. Where and when else can you have views like this at your doorstep?

Every year I am involved in the Cruise of Lights and the boat parade because of my membership in several groups in the harbour. I am always extremely proud of SEABRIDGE'S waterfront homes because of the near 100 percent participation. At meetings, other folks comment on how Seabridge always has a great showing of lights.
Thank you to those of you who live on the water side of Tempe. You do a fabulous job for the Cruise of Lights which raises money for music in the schools.
