I encourge all residents to particapte in the regular board meeting, special meetings, any of the committes and community events.
This is an oppurtuntiy for us all to take the time and get to know our neighbors.
Attending regularly helps keep you informed, allows you to offer your input and having an understanding how things have come to be. Any responsible board member would relish the input by homeowners to help make the best decision at the board meeting.
Living in an asscoiation is quite different from living in an apartment or single family home.We have rules to help guide us through the day to day living standards we all desire and a civil code of law to help proctect our financial investments.
